Friendly check in staff. Not the biggest room but definitely manageable. Good shower pressure and comfortable bed.

Shower could have used a door to stop water flying everywhere. Floorboards in room had buckled.

Air conditioning unit very temperamental & if using temperature settings, or any fast cooling mode, the unit would sound like a noisy fridge after about 15 mins. Only way to overcome it and get a relatively quiet night's sleep, was to select the teardrop symbol (uncertain if outside mode or dry mode), with the fan on low. A/C remote control was awful and many times was unresponsive. To switch the unit off when I left my room in the morning, this would involve multiple attempts at pressing the power button, having to remove & reinsert the batteries & finally it would accept the command to switch off after 5 - 10 minutes of trying. I'd never stay in that same room again!

Everything is good except the WIFI password didn't work during my stay.

The staff is friendly and nice, the place although small room is very clean

The hand soap dispenser was broken and the hotel is on top a of a big cannabis shop, very popular lately in Bangkok

No amenities and quite noisy. A bug in the room.

Central location. Walking distance to BTS station. Lots of eateries around. Polite staff.

Very noisy as the hotel is close to a main road, especially when my window handle was broken and I couldn't shut my window completely.

The room is not very soundproof! At around 1:00 AM, I heard what sounded like someone arguing outside (or maybe it was drunk).

The hotel is modern and spotless clean. Good location with many restaurants suroundding and open till night. 7 eleven in front of the hotel is really convenient.

Show/explains the hotelrules in 10 seconds . Hotelapp was only in thai language. Breakfast was poor.

Red Planet is consistently clean and neat. I have stayed in Red Planet KL, Aseana, Makati, Cebu, Davao and Bangkok. I am always delighted by the cleanliness, safety and convenience. The staff are also very helpful and professional. They took extra effort to explain despite the language barrier.

They ran out of food for sale when I checked in around 11pm. I was tired and hungry from a long day of sightseeing. The next morning, there was no food still.

Hotel was decent, clean and tidy. The receptionists were very polite and helpful

Scam! Joined the tour at the downstair counter, and I ended up over paid the tour and it was x4 times expensive, I wanted to get my some of money back and it was too late!

I am not sure if the room cleaner do their job with bare feet walking into the room or in their shoes. I suggest that when entering the room, at least excluding the door area, with bare feet is more clean.

Front desk are very helpful

We love red planet coz it's clean hotel and also pocket wise.... But this time I think I'm gonna change my mind... Stayed 3nights...For all that stay it shows they never change the bed sheets... And you know what is really make us disappointed.? On the day of arrival had seen that blue stain in the bed that made me feel unhappy... But my husband is being calm and nice telling me looks like an old stain that can never hurts... It's a cheap hotel anyways... But on the next day the cleaner reported about that stain to the front desk that they think we made... That was the annoying moment I have with this hotel...

Clean, modern and modest. It's perfectly located, close enough to BTS and MRT stations, making moving around the city very convenient. There is a 24h open 7-Eleven on the ground level with cheap coffee and snacks. I'd be hard-pressed to find anything to complain about this hotel, the rooms are small but suffice. Outstanding value for money in this area of Bangkok.

It was modern hotel, clean. The rooms were small but okay sized. Had a nice view, and you could book tours downstairs those staff were helpful.

The staff were the only thing that made this hotel crap, they were so rude and unhelpful. There were always 4-5 girls behind the reception and when you walk up to them your waiting ages till one of them want to help you, but then they don’t really want to help you. We asked one night help with laundry, they send us on a goose chase down the road to a laundry place at a hotel that had been closed since 5pm, and it was 830pm. Them working there and in that area they would of already known that but couldn’t be bothered helping us so we walked there for no reason. Then they finally agreed to do our laundry and write down every item you have and if you have more that 6-7 I think it like doubles the whole bill...so we did that exact amount. And she said it takes 2 days which we would be the day we leave to get it back which was fine we just wanted to know when we would get it back. The next day we decided to just try our chances and ask if the washing was there in the afternoon, which the girl sighed and rolled her eyes having to go get it. Like when were they going to tell us the washing was even there if we didn’t ask...... sort your staff out and their attitudes then this hotel would get a 10/10

The location is good. It's in the silom area. Easy to go for shopping such as Silom Complex, Siam Center, Siam Paragon, Central World by Tuktuk or Taxi. Not far from China Town only 50 baht from hotel by Taxi Meter.

Staff did not change the cup or clean. I was there for 4 nights. Other than that, it was great.
